We start with a precision-turned 416R stainless steel match-grade barrel, encasing it in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve that’s loaded under tension. Our design intentionally creates a 95% air gap between the carbon fiber and the stainless steel, promoting faster cooling by allowing air to circulate and foil around the steel. Unlike conventional wrapping, which traps heat and risks delamination, our jacketing process ensures durability and temperature stability. The custom carbon fiber sleeve expands in sync with the 416R stainless steel, preventing delamination and creating a heat-dissipating effect.
